What This Skill Does
Orchestrates brave-search, summarize, api-gateway, and markdown-converter to run a full SEO audit on a page. It identifies why a page isn't ranking for a target keyword by comparing it against live SERP competitors, then produces a rewritten Markdown draft and backlink opportunities. Requires several upstream skills to be installed locally.
Combines live SERP data, competitor content analysis, and optional third-party SEO metrics into a single pipeline rather than running each tool separately and manually stitching results.
When to use it
- Finding why a blog post dropped off the first page for a target keyword
- Comparing your product page structure against top-ranking competitors
- Getting a rewritten article draft aligned with detected search intent
- Identifying backlink prospects from competitor link profiles
- Auditing a landing page before a paid campaign launch
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Why isn't my blog post ranking for 'AI tools'? Here's the URL and my content.
- 1Collect target URL, keyword, content source, region, and rewrite scope from the user
- 2Run brave-search to pull live SERP and identify the top 3 competitors for 'AI tools'
- 3Summarize each competitor page to extract heading hierarchy, topical coverage, and content depth
- 4Check api-gateway for keyword difficulty and backlink data, or fall back to Google Search Console if connections are unavailable
- 5Rewrite user content in Markdown with improved headings, meta description, and intent-aligned structure
Optimized Markdown draft, SERP findings with content gaps, backlink opportunities with confidence labels, and a prioritized action checklist
