What This Skill Does
Fetches live cricket scores, upcoming schedules, scorecards, and IPL standings from the CricketData.org API. Includes cron-compatible alert scripts that trigger on wickets, centuries, and match completions. Local caching manages the 100 calls/day free tier limit.
Combines live scores, IPL standings, match search, and cron-ready alerts in one agent interface without needing a separate cricket app or browser tab.
When to use it
- Checking live IPL scores during a match
- Viewing the current IPL points table
- Finding upcoming India matches in the next 7 days
- Getting a full scorecard for a completed test match
- Setting up automated wicket and century alerts via cron
