What This Skill Does
Runs a gacha roll to select a random Arknights operator, then builds a full AI agent for that operator by fetching lore from English and Chinese wikis. The agent gets a generated personality file (SOUL.md) and launches in a roleplay scene where the operator reports to the Doctor in-character. Supports both English and Chinese interaction modes.
Combines deterministic gacha mechanics with LLM-generated personality sourced from both English Fandom and Chinese PRTS lore, producing a ready-to-use roleplay agent in a single command.
