What This Skill Does

Manages Kraken exchange accounts through a CLI built on the python-kraken-sdk REST API. Covers portfolio tracking, live market data, order placement, staking, ledger export, and fund transfers. Withdrawal addresses must be pre-configured in Kraken's web UI before use.

Consolidates every Kraken account action into a single CLI instead of switching between the web UI and separate API calls.

When to use it

  • Check crypto portfolio value and asset breakdown
  • Export full-year ledger to CSV for tax filing
  • Place or cancel buy/sell orders with dry-run validation
  • View and manage staking positions and yield strategies
  • Get deposit address or check withdrawal status

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Export my 2025 trade history for taxes

  1. 1Run `ledger --start 2025-01-01 --end 2025-12-31 --csv` to fetch full-year ledger
  2. 2Auto-paginate through Kraken's 50-record-per-request limit
  3. 3Write raw Kraken CSV data to output
OUTPUT
