What This Skill Does

A bullet journal-style daily planner built for ADHD brains. Uses energy-based swim lanes instead of time blocks, rapid logging for brain dumps, and a migration system that treats unfinished tasks as strategy rather than failure. Includes a built-in dopamine menu for scheduling rewards before they are needed.

Replaces rigid time-blocked schedules with energy-based swim lanes, which better matches how ADHD brains actually function throughout the day.

When to use it

  • Setting a single priority task before starting the workday
  • Brain dumping everything on your mind and sorting by energy level
  • Migrating incomplete tasks at end of day without guilt
  • Evening reflection to note what worked and capture one lesson
  • Picking dopamine rewards before tackling a dreaded task

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Plan my day

AGENT
  1. 1Asks the user what ONE thing must happen for today to be a success
  2. 2Prompts an energy check (1-10) and recommends which swim lane to start in
  3. 3Runs a rapid log to capture everything on the user's mind
  4. 4Sorts logged tasks into swim lanes by energy requirement
  5. 5Prompts the user to pick a dopamine reward tied to completing the ONE thing
OUTPUT

A structured daily plan with tasks assigned to swim lanes, the priority task marked ★, duration estimates attached, and a pre-committed reward recorded
