Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Board Manager enables an agent to delegate, assign, and track work using OpenGoat tools within an org hierarchy. It supports creating tasks, updating statuses, and logging blockers, artifacts, and worklogs. Task granularity rules vary based on the agent's position in the org.
It enforces org-aware task ownership, preventing agents from assigning tasks outside their reportee tree.
When to use it
- Assigning a bug fix to a direct report
- Checking your own task queue before starting work
- Logging a blocker when a dependency is unavailable
- Creating a self-assigned task for a small, trackable change
- Reviewing progress on delegated work across a team
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Create a task to fix the login bug and assign it to a direct report
- 1Call opengoat_agent_info to confirm agent ID and valid reportee tree
- 2Identify a valid assignee from the reportee list
- 3Call opengoat_task_create with title 'Fix: login bug', description containing context, deliverable, and acceptance criteria, and assignedTo set to the reportee
- 4Confirm task creation and return the new task ID
Task created with a unique ID and assigned to the specified direct report
