Version History
Added mandatory accounting rules check before creating documents. Added section with deductibility rules for Spain (IVA deductible for restaurants = NO)
What This Skill Does
Interact with Holded ERP from the terminal using holdedcli. Covers contacts, invoices, products, CRM, projects, team management, and accounting. Enforces a mandatory confirmation step before any write operation to prevent accidental data changes.
Wraps Holded's REST API in a discoverable CLI with built-in parameter validation and explicit confirmation prompts, which reduces accidental writes compared to calling the API directly with curl.
When to use it
- Look up a contact's invoice history without opening the Holded web app
- Create a purchase receipt with correct Spanish IVA deductibility rules applied
- Update a product price or stock quantity from the command line
- Search CRM deals or projects by filter across a Holded account
- Audit accounting entries by running batch read queries against the API
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Create a purchase receipt for a restaurant meal on 11/02/2026 for 29.40 EUR
- 1Run `holded actions list --filter invoice --json` to locate the create-document action
- 2Run `holded actions describe invoice.create-document --json` to verify accepted parameters
- 3Check Spanish accounting rules: restaurant IVA is not deductible, so set tax to 0 and use account 629
- 4Calculate the Unix timestamp for 11/02/2026 00:00 in Europe/Madrid timezone using Python
- 5Show the exact command with `docType=purchase`, `isReceipt: true`, and `--skip-validation`, then wait for explicit confirmation before running
Purchase receipt created in Holded with HTTP 200 and the new document ID returned
