What This Skill Does

A daily mental health companion that helps users track mood patterns, receive behavioral activation suggestions, and maintain basic self-care habits. Data stays local on the user's machine. Not a substitute for professional care.

Behavioral activation breaks the inaction cycle by offering tasks small enough to start without motivation, rather than waiting for mood to improve first.

When to use it

  • Logging daily mood on a 1-10 scale
  • Getting micro-task suggestions when motivation is gone
  • Celebrating small wins like taking a shower or texting someone
  • Reviewing weekly mood patterns to spot what helps
  • Checking in on sleep, food, water, and movement basics

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: I don't know what to do today, I have no energy

AGENT
  1. 1Ask user to rate current energy level on a 1-10 scale
  2. 2Select 3-5 micro-tasks matched to low energy (e.g. drink water, step outside for 30 seconds, open a window)
  3. 3Present tasks without pressure or commitment framing
  4. 4Offer to log completion as a small win if user finishes one
OUTPUT

A short list of actionable micro-tasks the user can attempt at 5% capacity, with an option to record progress
