What This Skill Does

A playbook for building feedback collection systems, running customer interviews, measuring NPS, and deciding what feedback to act on. Covers the full cycle from collection through analysis to closing the loop with customers.

Provides an explicit prioritization framework with scored criteria, so you can say no to most feedback without guesswork.

When to use it

  • Running structured 30-minute customer interviews to surface usability issues
  • Sending quarterly NPS surveys and following up with detractors
  • Organizing a feature request backlog by frequency and customer revenue tier
  • Writing a polite decline to a low-priority feature request
  • Notifying customers when their requested feature ships

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: how do I figure out which feature requests to actually build?

AGENT
  1. 1Pull all feedback from the past month and group it by theme
  2. 2Tag each item with frequency count and customer segment
  3. 3Apply the 5-criteria filter: frequency, customer value, strategic fit, churn risk, effort
  4. 4Identify items that meet 2 or more criteria
  5. 5Draft a response for requests that won't be acted on
OUTPUT

A prioritized list of 2-3 actionable items with rationale, plus templated responses for declining the rest
