What This Skill Does
Searches recent publications from top medical journals and returns formatted research briefs for a specified specialty. Each brief includes a headline, one-sentence clinical takeaway, source, relevance badge, and link to the original article. Output follows a Google News-style card format.
Combines multi-journal search with structured clinical relevance scoring, so clinicians get prioritized takeaways instead of raw search results.
When to use it
- Cardiologist catching up on last week's heart failure trials
- Endocrinologist reviewing new thyroid guidelines before rounds
- Oncologist tracking checkpoint inhibitor approvals
- Neurology resident preparing for journal club
- Clinician checking for new drug or device approvals in their field
