What This Skill Does
Takes a single piece of long-form content, blog post, article, podcast transcript, or video transcript, and reformats it for multiple distribution channels. Each output format follows platform-specific conventions for length, tone, and structure. Supports batch repurposing from URLs and multi-language adaptation.
Eliminates the need to rewrite or manually reformat the same ideas for each platform by handling platform-specific conventions like thread length, LinkedIn whitespace, and newsletter CTAs in one pass.
When to use it
- Turning a webinar transcript into a LinkedIn post and email newsletter
- Building a two-week content calendar from one existing blog post
- Converting podcast episodes into show notes with timestamped quotes
- Generating Twitter threads from articles without rewriting from scratch
- Adapting English content for regional business audiences in another language
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Repurpose this 1800-word blog post into a Twitter thread and a LinkedIn post. Target audience: SaaS founders. Tone: Educational but conversational.
- 1Reads the full blog post and identifies the core argument and supporting insights
- 2Extracts 5-7 key points suitable for a Twitter thread
- 3Writes a hook tweet and sequences the insights into 280-character chunks with a closing CTA
- 4Rewrites the same insights in LinkedIn format: short paragraphs, bullet points, engagement question, and 3-5 hashtags
- 5Returns both formatted outputs ready for review and personalization
A 7-tweet thread and a LinkedIn post, each formatted to platform conventions with the specified tone and audience framing.
