What This Skill Does
Writes and sends email campaigns through Kit (ConvertKit) using AI-generated copy. Handles the full workflow from drafting subject lines and body copy to scheduling broadcasts via the Kit API. Optionally trains on past email samples to match your writing voice.
Cuts out the round-trip between writing tools and Kit's editor by generating copy and pushing broadcasts directly through the API in one session.
When to use it
- Writing a welcome email for new subscribers
- Drafting a sales email for a course or product launch
- Re-engaging subscribers who haven't opened in 60+ days
- Scheduling a broadcast to a specific tag or list segment
- Reviewing open rates and click stats after a campaign sends
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Write a sales email for my new course launching next week
- 1Asks clarifying questions about the course topic, target audience, price, urgency, and sales page URL
- 2Generates 3 subject line options using curiosity and urgency formulas
- 3Writes email body following a problem-solution-offer-CTA structure with personalization tags
- 4Creates the broadcast as a draft in Kit via the API
- 5Presents the draft for review and refines based on feedback before scheduling
A scheduled or saved draft broadcast in Kit with subject line, preview text, and body copy ready to send
