What This Skill Does
AI startup companion for Korean founders. Evaluates business plans (PDF or text), matches them against Korean government funding programs (TIPS, DeepTech, K-Startup Grand Challenge, and others), and recommends investors. Uses Agentic RAG with HyDE and Multi-Query retrieval across a database of 3,972+ TIPS-selected startups.
Combines a curated Korean government funding database with LLM-powered scoring, so founders get program-specific eligibility guidance and draft applications in one workflow instead of researching each program manually.
When to use it
- Scoring a business plan PDF before submitting to TIPS
- Finding eligible government grants by industry, stage, and region
- Generating a TIPS application draft from an existing business plan
- Comparing two business plan versions to identify which scores higher
- Getting investor type and pitch recommendations for a pre-seed AI startup
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: 내 사업계획서 평가하고 지원 가능한 정부사업 찾아줘 (with plan.pdf attached)
- 1Extracts text from the attached PDF via evaluate.py to avoid token overflow
- 2Scores the plan across six criteria (problem fit, market size, business model, team, financials, tech differentiation) out of 100
- 3Matches the scored profile against the government funding database using Agentic RAG
- 4Returns matching programs ranked by fit with eligibility notes
- 5Offers to generate a TIPS application draft based on the evaluated plan
Scored business plan report (e.g., 74/100 with per-category breakdown) and a ranked list of eligible government programs with next steps
