Setup & Installation
Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Fetches personal health metrics from the WHOOP platform via a CLI tool called whoo. Returns recovery scores, HRV, sleep quality, strain, SpO2, and body measurements as formatted text or raw JSON. Requires a one-time OAuth setup with a WHOOP developer app.
Exposes WHOOP data in a scriptable CLI format, making it usable in agent workflows without requiring manual app navigation or a custom API integration.
When to use it
- Check today's recovery score before a workout
- Review 7-day sleep trend after a rough week
- Pull 30-day strain history for training load analysis
- Get body measurements and profile data on demand
- Verify readiness score before a race or competition
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: What's my recovery and sleep performance for the last 7 days?
- 1Run `whoo sleep --limit 7 --json` to fetch the last 7 sleep sessions
- 2Check each entry's `score_state` field — skip any not equal to "SCORED"
- 3Extract `sleeps[].score.sleep_performance_percentage` from valid entries
- 4Run `whoo recovery --limit 7 --json` and extract `recoveries[].score.recovery_score`
- 5Summarize both metrics as a trend with min, max, and average values
A 7-day summary showing daily sleep performance percentages and recovery scores, with any pending or unscorable days noted
