Version History

v1.0.2Feb 24, 2026 - Version note by skill developer:

- Added an optional "Watchlist mode" that provides a dedicated section analyzing user-provided ticker watchlists. - Clarified that no buy/sell commands should be issued; the skill is for signal monitoring only. - The rest of the workflow, data sources, confidence rubric, and output format remain unchanged.

What This Skill Does

Monitors Vietnam market narratives by fetching and analyzing headlines from four major domestic financial news sources. Tags content by sector and ticker mentions, measures media intensity, and tracks narrative shifts over time. Outputs a structured report with source coverage, confidence ratings, and a validation checklist.

Aggregates four Vietnamese-language financial sources into a single confidence-rated report, saving manual browsing across sites that lack consolidated English coverage.

When to use it

  • Checking which Vietnam sectors are trending in financial media today
  • Finding the most-mentioned tickers across Vietnamese news this week
  • Comparing current market narratives to last week's coverage
  • Flagging potential noise or misinformation before acting on a Vietnam trade
  • Monitoring a personal watchlist of VN tickers for relevant headlines

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Which sectors and tickers are most covered in Vietnamese financial media today?

AGENT
  1. 1Fetch latest headlines from CafeF, VnEconomy, VietnamFinance, and Vietstock
  2. 2Tag each headline with sector labels and potential ticker mentions
  3. 3Count mention frequency by sector and ticker across all sources
  4. 4Run data quality gate: check freshness, de-duplicate headlines, flag source concentration bias
  5. 5Compile output with source coverage table, top sectors, most-mentioned tickers, confidence level, and risk checklist
OUTPUT

Structured report showing top sectors by media intensity, most-mentioned tickers with source links, a High/Medium/Low confidence rating with justification, and a validation checklist before investment action
