Version History

v1.0.1Feb 22, 2026 - Version note by skill developer:

Add HomeKit + Home Assistant mention and link to itsyhome.app

What This Skill Does

Controls and queries smart home devices through the Itsyhome macOS app via a local HTTP webhook server. Supports HomeKit and Home Assistant devices including lights, thermostats, locks, blinds, fans, and scenes. Works by sending curl requests to a local server running on the same Mac as the OpenClaw gateway.

Operates entirely over a local HTTP server, so no cloud dependency or external API latency is involved.

When to use it

  • Turn off all lights before leaving home
  • Check if the front door is locked
  • Dim bedroom lights to 30% at night
  • Run a 'Goodnight' scene to set the whole house
  • Open garage door without leaving the desk
