Inline API spec: full OpenAPI in SKILL.md, no fetch required

What This Skill Does

Manages downloads through the Telegram Media Server (TMS) REST API. Supports adding video URLs, magnet links, and torrent files, listing downloads with status, deleting downloads, and searching torrents when Prowlarr is configured on TMS.

Lets you manage a full download workflow from search to removal without leaving the agent, using a single consistent API instead of juggling separate clients.

When to use it

  • Add a magnet link to the download queue
  • Check progress on an active torrent download
  • Stop and remove a download that's no longer needed
  • Search for a torrent by title and quality, then queue it
  • Add a video URL for yt-dlp-based download via TMS

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Find a 1080p release of 'Elephants Dream' and download it

AGENT
  1. 1Call GET /api/v1/search?q=Elephants+Dream&quality=1080 to retrieve torrent results
  2. 2Select the top result with a valid magnet link and note the title
  3. 3Call POST /api/v1/downloads with the magnet URL and title from the search result
  4. 4Receive the new download ID and confirm queued status with GET /api/v1/downloads
OUTPUT

Download added with ID 7, title 'Elephants Dream 1080p BluRay', status: queued
