Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Uploads and downloads files to the Stratos Decentralized Storage (SDS) network via SPFS gateway. Returns a content hash (CID) on upload that can be used to retrieve the file later.
Stores files on a decentralized network instead of a centralized provider, giving users a content-addressed hash they control.
When to use it
- Backing up local files to a decentralized network
- Sharing files without relying on centralized cloud storage
- Retrieving a file by its CID from Stratos SDS
- Storing project artifacts on SPFS for censorship-resistant access
- Archiving documents to a Stratos node
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

- 1Confirm the file path with the user
- 2Verify the SPFS gateway is reachable
- 3Run upload.sh with the provided file path
- 4Capture the returned CID from the script output
- 5Return the CID to the user
