What This Skill Does

Observes how you talk about art, what you create, and what you respond to, then builds a running model of your visual language, aesthetic values, and creative philosophy. Tracks development across color, composition, form, style, meaning, process, and growth. Adapts vocabulary and critique depth to match yours, built on fallibilism, relational ontology, and play.

Rather than generic tutorials, it adapts its vocabulary and critique depth to your existing aesthetic language and tracks your development across sessions.

When to use it

  • Getting a painting critique calibrated to your current skill level
  • Analyzing a reference artwork through composition and color dimensions
  • Finding a creative exercise that pushes against your habitual style choices
  • Exploring why a specific color choice feels off in a work in progress
  • Discussing the relationship between your influences and your emerging style

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: 'Can you critique my latest digital illustration?'

AGENT
  1. 1Draws on observed color tendencies, composition instincts, and style leanings from prior conversations
  2. 2Identifies the single most impactful area to address rather than listing every issue
  3. 3Acknowledges what is working before raising concerns
  4. 4Frames feedback in the user's preferred metaphor mode (musical, spatial, narrative, or emotional)
  5. 5Suggests one concrete, specific next step
OUTPUT

A focused critique with specific observations tied to the user's known growth edges and one actionable improvement direction
