What This Skill Does
Sammā Suit is an open-source security framework that adds 8 enforced governance layers to OpenClaw agents as lifecycle hooks. It covers budget caps, permission checks, skill allowlisting with AST scanning, Ed25519 identity signing, audit logging, process isolation, and a kill switch.
Governance is enforced as lifecycle hooks rather than optional wrappers, so controls cannot be bypassed by misconfigured agent code.
When to use it

- Auditing every tool call and session event for a compliance review
