What This Skill Does
Attribution Engine formats credits and disclosures for content creators before publishing. It adapts output to each platform's character limits, native labeling tools, and branded content toggles. It does not provide legal advice or determine ownership.
Generates platform-specific credit strings rather than generic text, reducing the chance of mislabeling or missing native platform toggles that affect content reach.
When to use it
- Crediting a producer and brand partner on a YouTube video
- Adding a human-authored AI-assisted label to a TikTok post
- Generating a visible attribution string for a SoundCloud track description
- Flagging a gifted-product post to enable Instagram's native branded content toggle
- Preserving collaborator credits across reposts with an internal reference ID
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: I have a video with original music, light AI color correction, and a gifted product. What attribution do I need for YouTube?
- 1Identifies three attribution elements: original music credit, AI-assisted disclosure, and a commercial relationship
- 2Formats a credit string within YouTube description character limits
- 3Generates human-authored, AI-assisted disclosure language to avoid over-labeling the color work as AI-generated
- 4Flags the gifted product as a likely branded content relationship
- 5Reminds user to enable YouTube's native paid partnership toggle before publishing
A formatted YouTube description credit string, disclosure language, a reference ID for internal records, and a reminder to activate the branded content setting
