What This Skill Does
Collects weekly reports from Lark Reports (the international version of Feishu), summarizes them into Lark Docs, and sends notifications. Works through browser automation because the Lark Reports API is not available internationally. Handles pagination, week selection, and unsubmitted member detection.
When to use it
- Collecting this week's submitted reports for a specific team
- Checking who hasn't submitted their weekly report yet
- Summarizing collected reports into a formatted Lark Doc
- Navigating between weeks to collect historical report data
- Sending Lark notifications with the summary doc link
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: "Collect last week's reports for the Photo team and tell me who hasn't submitted"
- 1Opens Lark Reports in browser and selects the Photo template
- 2Navigates to last week using pagination, confirming the week title
- 3Extracts all submitted member data and appends to a local file
- 4Clicks the 'Not submitted' button to get the list of missing members
- 5Creates a Lark Doc with the summary and sends a notification
Lark Doc created with 15 submitted reports and a list of 3 people who haven't submitted
