What This Skill Does
Prevents context loss between agent sessions by maintaining structured state files. Uses STATE.md as the single source of truth, daily journal files in memory/, and automatic session saving via hooks. Every decision gets written to a file immediately instead of held in conversation memory.
When to use it
- Restoring full context when starting a new agent session
- Writing decisions to STATE.md during a conversation so they survive resets
- Maintaining daily journals that capture everything that happens
- Running health checks on session start to verify cron and process status
