What This Skill Does
Analyzes inbox health using weather metaphors and quantified metrics. Classifies emails into automated, newsletter, notification, and human categories. Calculates an email debt score, signal-to-noise ratio, a ghost report (people you're ignoring), and estimated time to clear the inbox.
When to use it
- Getting a quick inbox health check with a weather-style summary
- Finding out who you've been accidentally ghosting the longest
- Estimating how long it would take to process all pending emails
- Measuring signal vs. noise ratio in your inbox over the past week
- Tracking email debt score trends by running the analysis on a schedule
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: "How's my inbox looking?"
- 1Runs email_classify.py against the last 7 days of email via himalaya
- 2Classifies each email as automated, newsletter, notification, or human
- 3Calculates weather level, debt score, and ghost report
- 4Formats the results with weather metaphor and actionable metrics
Choppy Waters: 8 human emails need replies, debt score 45/100, ghosting 3 people (longest: 5 days)
