What This Skill Does
Retrieves structured product data from Amazon using an ASIN. Returns title, current and original price, ratings, brand, description, images, compatibility, and availability. Uses BrowserAct's API template to avoid CAPTCHA handling and IP restrictions.
Uses a pre-built BrowserAct workflow instead of AI-driven browser automation, avoiding CAPTCHA challenges, IP bans, and high token costs.
When to use it
- Enriching an e-commerce database with live Amazon product details
- Comparing Amazon prices against other retailer listings
- Tracking rating averages and review counts for key products over time
- Checking stock availability for specific ASINs before placing bulk orders
- Pulling specs, materials, and features for catalog copy
