Version History
Version 1.0.1 — No file or documentation changes detected. - No modifications or updates in this release. - All features, documentation, and workflow remain identical to the previous version.
What This Skill Does
Processes all Gmail inbox messages using Telegram inline buttons for interactive triage. Each email gets a one-line AI summary, and actions like archive, filter, and unsubscribe are queued then executed in batch. Uses gog CLI for OAuth-based Gmail access, no passwords required.
Queuing all actions before executing them in a single batch eliminates the round-trip delay of processing one email at a time.
When to use it
- Clearing a backed-up inbox after vacation
- Batch unsubscribing from newsletters in one session
- Setting up auto-archive filters for recurring senders
- Reviewing and archiving last week's notifications quickly
- Daily inbox maintenance to stay at inbox zero
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: 'Triage my inbox'
- 1Fetches up to 20 inbox messages from Gmail via gog CLI
- 2Displays each email with subject, sender, and a one-line AI summary
- 3Shows Telegram inline buttons (Archive, Filter, Unsubscribe, View) per email
- 4Queues selected actions as user clicks buttons, no API calls yet
- 5Executes all queued actions in batch when user clicks Done
All selected actions applied, inbox count reduced; prompts to fetch next batch if messages remain
