Version History
Version 1.0.4 of porteden-email
What This Skill Does
Manages email across Gmail, Outlook, and Exchange accounts via the porteden CLI. Supports listing, filtering, searching, sending, replying, forwarding, and modifying emails. Outputs compact JSON optimized for agent workflows with the -jc flag.
The -jc flag strips attachment details and truncates previews into compact, token-efficient JSON, making email data practical to pass directly into LLM prompts or agent pipelines.
When to use it
- Search this week's emails from a specific sender
- Send a quick email from a terminal script
- Forward a thread to a teammate with an added note
- Mark emails as read after an automated agent review
- Filter today's unread emails that include attachments

- 3Run porteden email message <emailId> -jc to fetch the full body
- 4Compose a reply based on the email content
