What This Skill Does

Runs batched B2B lead generation from Google Maps via an MCP server, pulling business names, addresses, phone numbers, websites, and emails. Results are deduplicated by place ID and exported to CSV or XLSX.

Automates the full cycle of search, deduplication, and enrichment in one workflow instead of manually copying business data across tabs and spreadsheets.

When to use it

  • Find ERP integrators in a target city before a sales campaign
  • Build a contact list of logistics companies across multiple countries
  • Export enriched leads with phone and website data to a spreadsheet
  • Deduplicate a lead list collected across multiple search queries
  • Deliver a ready-to-use XLSX lead file directly in a chat conversation

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Find odoo partners in Berlin and export to XLSX

AGENT
  1. 1Run maps_search_places with query 'odoo partner Berlin Germany'
  2. 2Filter results to Berlin geography and deduplicate by place_id
  3. 3Enrich each place with maps_place_details to collect phone, website, and email
  4. 4Export enriched records to XLSX with all required columns
  5. 5Report lead count and coverage stats including with_phone, with_website, and with_email
OUTPUT

XLSX file with deduplicated leads containing name, address, phone, website, email, rating, place_id, and Google Maps URL for each result
