What This Skill Does
Kasia is a protocol for sending and receiving encrypted messages on the Kaspa blockchain. Each message is an on-chain transaction costing roughly 0.2 KAS. Both parties must complete a handshake before exchanging messages.
Messages are stored on-chain and encrypted end-to-end, so no server or intermediary can read or delete them.
When to use it
- Sending an encrypted message to a Kaspa wallet address
- Checking pending handshake requests from other users
- Reading decrypted conversation history on-chain
- Storing encrypted private notes on the Kaspa blockchain
- Attaching a note to a KAS payment
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Send an encrypted message to kaspa:qr... saying 'hello'
- 1Call kasia_get_conversations to check if an active conversation exists with that address
- 2If none, call kasia_send_handshake to generate the handshake payload
- 3Broadcast the handshake transaction using kaspa.send_kaspa with the returned payload
- 4Once the recipient accepts, call kasia_send_message to generate the message payload
- 5Broadcast the message transaction using kaspa.send_kaspa
Encrypted message recorded on-chain, readable via kasia_get_messages once confirmed
