What This Skill Does
Centralized alerting and notification system for OpenClaw. Monitors endpoints, log files, system metrics, and file states, then routes alerts through configured channels based on thresholds, patterns, and schedules. Supports priority levels from info to emergency with grouping, escalation, and a full audit trail.
Consolidates endpoint monitoring, log pattern detection, threshold rules, escalation, and multi-channel delivery into one skill instead of maintaining separate scripts per notification channel.
When to use it
- Get notified on Telegram when a production API goes down
- Trigger an email when daily sales fall below a minimum threshold
- Detect repeated failed login attempts in auth logs
- Alert when a scheduled backup file is missing or too old
- Silence non-critical alerts outside business hours
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: monitor https://api.tiklick.com/health every 30 seconds and alert all channels on failure
- 1Runs alert monitor with the target URL and 30-second interval
- 2Configures on-failure trigger to create an emergency-priority alert
- 3Sets on-recovery action to auto-resolve the active alert
- 4Begins polling and writes each check to the audit log
- 5Sends notification via Telegram, email, and dashboard on first detected failure
Active monitor running every 30 seconds; stakeholders notified immediately on downtime and alert auto-resolves when the endpoint recovers
