Version History

v0.1.1Feb 21, 2026 - Version note by skill developer:

No functional or content changes in this version. - No file changes detected. - Version number and reference documentation remain unchanged.

What This Skill Does

Reference document defining the complete file system architecture for the OpenClaw Greek Accounting system. Establishes canonical directory structure, naming conventions, identifier formats, and data schemas that all other accounting skills must follow. No skill may introduce new top-level directories or deviate from these conventions without a version update to this document.

A single authoritative path reference prevents naming drift and broken cross-skill reads when multiple skills share the same file system.

When to use it

  • Looking up the correct path before writing a processed client invoice
  • Verifying AFM format before creating a client directory
  • Finding where bank statement imports are stored by bank name
  • Checking which skill owns a given data directory
  • Migrating files from deprecated legacy paths to canonical locations

Requirements

Accounts, API keys, or tools you or your AI assistant may need to set up while using this skill.
