Version History

v1.1.0Feb 22, 2026 - Version note by skill developer:

Align with strict user-defined rules: ROE>15% for 3+ years, debt ratio<50%, FCF>80% NI, moat evaluation. Output rating A/B/C/D with reasons (EN+中文).

What This Skill Does

A deterministic, rule-based valuation model for US stocks. It applies four explicit criteria: ROE above 15% for three consecutive years, debt ratio below 50%, free cash flow exceeding 80% of net income, and moat presence. Output is an A-through-D investment rating with pass/fail reasoning per rule and a bilingual English/Chinese summary.

Unlike qualitative or LLM-generated opinions, the fixed rule set produces the same rating for the same inputs every time, so results are auditable and comparable across companies.

When to use it

  • Screening a US stock before portfolio entry
  • Comparing two companies on identical value criteria
  • Checking if a current holding still meets quality thresholds
  • Running a structured moat assessment on a new company
  • Generating a bilingual investment brief for English and Chinese-speaking audiences

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

  5. 5Write rating and per-rule pass/fail results to eval.json and eval.md
OUTPUT
