What This Skill Does

Provides frameworks for handling the five core sales objection categories: price, timing, need, trust, and competitor comparisons. Includes the Feel-Felt-Found method, preemptive objection strategies, and guidance on when to walk away. Outputs are saved to workspace/artifacts/.

Rather than generic sales advice, it maps each objection type to a specific counter-framework with step-by-step language, so responses are structured rather than improvised.

When to use it

  • Responding to 'it's too expensive' from a prospect
  • Preparing objection scripts before a sales call
  • Writing FAQ sections that preemptively address buyer concerns
  • Reviewing a lost deal to identify where objections derailed the conversation
  • Training on objection patterns for a specific niche or market

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: 'A prospect said my Upwork rate is too high — how do I respond?'

AGENT
  1. 1Identifies the objection as a price objection and selects the Value Reframe framework
  2. 2Acknowledges the concern without immediately offering a discount
  3. 3Quantifies the cost of not solving the problem using numbers from prior discovery
  4. 4Reframes the price as ROI, e.g., '$149/mo saves $500/mo in missed bookings'
  5. 5Drafts a response offering a smaller entry package as an alternative to discounting
OUTPUT

A ready-to-send message that reframes the price as a return on investment and proposes a lower-commitment starting option, saved to workspace/artifacts/
