What This Skill Does
Queries real-time road conditions, traffic incidents, and SCATS intersection data using Baidu Maps and Gaode Maps APIs. Three separate scripts handle road status by road name, city-wide incident listings, and per-intersection SCATS queries.
Wraps Baidu Maps, Gaode Maps, and SCATS into a single CLI interface instead of integrating each API separately.
