- Flagging emotionally charged messages in content moderation pipelines
- Summarizing emotional patterns across batches of user feedback
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Analyze this review for emotions and sarcasm: 'Oh great, another update that broke everything. Love it.'
- 1Send the review text to POST https://api.emotionwise.ai/api/v1/tools/emotion-detector with the API key
- 2Receive detected_emotions, confidence_scores, sarcasm_detected, and sarcasm_score from the response
- 3Identify top emotions by confidence score
- 4Report sarcasm flag and score alongside the dominant emotions
- 5Provide a short interpretation for developer use
Top emotions: disappointment (0.91), anger (0.74). Sarcasm detected (score: 0.88). Interpretation: The message is highly sarcastic; surface-positive language masks frustration with the update.
