What This Skill Does

Teamo-Strategy decomposes complex tasks into functionally independent sub-tasks using a Chain of Thought process. Before decomposing, it identifies missing context and requests it from the user. Sub-tasks without dependencies are distributed in parallel; results are integrated into a structured final document with an executive summary.

It halts decomposition when key context is missing and requests it first, preventing generic output on complex or customized tasks.

When to use it

  • Breaking a competitor analysis into parallel research modules
  • Requesting missing brand materials before writing a marketing plan
  • Structuring a multi-chapter product launch report
  • Coordinating sequential and parallel workstreams for event planning
  • Generating an executive summary across multiple chapter outputs

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: Write an overseas go-to-market strategy for a new SaaS product launch

AGENT
  1. 1Analyzes task complexity and scans for context gaps: brand background, budget, target audience, past cases
  2. 2Calls message_ask_user with a checklist requesting brand materials, budget range, and complexity preference
  3. 3Decomposes task into four parallel modules: market entry analysis, user personas, GTM tactical plan, budget and metrics
  4. 4Distributes parallel sub-tasks to teamo_strategy with full context and word count requirements attached
  5. 5Calls create_wiki_document to produce executive summary, then submits all chapters in order
OUTPUT

Structured multi-chapter strategy document with an executive summary followed by ordered chapter files
