What This Skill Does

Logs meals locally and generates a visual nutrition report image after each entry. Tracks calories and protein against a daily goal stored in a local SQLite database. Supports manual nutrition input, food database lookup, and optional photo attachment.

All data stays in a local SQLite database with no account, subscription, or cloud sync required.

When to use it

  • Logging a post-workout meal with exact calorie and protein counts
  • Checking daily intake progress mid-day with a visual chart
  • Looking up nutrition data for a common food by name
  • Setting a personal daily calorie target
  • Reviewing end-of-day totals against a TDEE-derived goal
