What This Skill Does
Creates and manipulates collaborative whiteboards on Canvs.io. Supports flowcharts, sequence diagrams, class diagrams, wireframes, and illustrations using Mermaid syntax or direct element placement. After creating a canvas, shares a link the user opens in their browser.
Mermaid-based creation handles arrow connections and layout automatically, eliminating manual coordinate calculations for connected diagrams.
When to use it
- Drawing a user authentication flow as a sequence diagram
- Wireframing a mobile app screen layout
- Mapping a decision tree for a customer support process
- Visualizing class relationships between code entities
- Sketching a product or system lifecycle diagram
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: Draw a flowchart for a login process with success and failure paths

- 2Generate Mermaid flowchart syntax describing login steps and decision branches
- 3Call add_elements_from_mermaid with the Mermaid code to create the canvas
- 4Share the room_url with the user and ask them to open it in their browser
- 5After user confirms, call get_image and query_elements, then use update_elements to adjust colors and labels
