Setup & Installation
Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Converts client briefs, email threads, or chat logs into a structured production plan for motion design and VFX projects. Outputs a client-ready plan document, a line-item estimate, and an invoice draft. Can also scaffold a project folder structure compatible with After Effects, Cinema 4D, and Octane.
Combines scoping, estimation, and invoice generation in one pass with motion/VFX-specific awareness of prepro, 3D renders, versioning, and PM buffer that generic project tools do not model.
When to use it
- Turning a vague client email into a scoped deliverables matrix
- Generating a line-item quote from a motion design brief
- Creating a project folder skeleton before production starts
- Drafting an invoice payload from an approved estimate
- Surfacing open questions and assumptions before kickoff
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: "Here's the client email for the product launch video — turn this into a plan and quote"
- 1Extracts client name, deadline, deliverables, and constraints from the brief
- 2Decides production approach (2D AE vs 3D C4D vs mixed) and phases
- 3Builds a deliverables matrix with format, duration, aspect ratios, and versions
- 4Generates a line-item estimate with hours, rates, and contingency
- 5Writes plan.md, estimate.json, and invoice-draft.json to docs/creative-ops/
