What This Skill Does

Generates temporary ngrok preview links for local task outputs (images, charts, files) and sends them via Telegram so users can view results on mobile. Links are scoped to a single task, expire after a configurable TTL, and are cleaned up after use.

Creates task-scoped, time-limited links instead of requiring manual file transfer or persistent hosting, keeping outputs isolated and auto-expiring.

When to use it

  • Viewing AI-generated charts on your phone without transferring files
  • Sharing multiple image outputs from an agent task remotely
  • Getting a quick preview link for reports while away from your desk
  • Accessing local analysis results from a mobile device
  • Reviewing task artifacts during a meeting without screen sharing

Example Workflow

Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.

INPUT

User asks: share the chart outputs from today's analysis so I can view them on my phone

AGENT
  1. 1Collect chart files from the task output directory
  2. 2Run ngrok_preview.py up with source paths and a session ID like tg-20260319-analysis
  3. 3Extract public_url and expires_at from the returned JSON
  4. 4Send the preview link and expiry notice via Telegram
  5. 5Run ngrok_preview.py down after user confirms to stop and clean up the session
OUTPUT

Temporary preview link sent via Telegram; session stopped and deleted after user confirmation
