Setup & Installation
Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
What This Skill Does
Installs and searches packages using dnf, the default package manager on Fedora and Bazzite. Despite the name, this skill has no relation to Homebrew. It wraps dnf commands under a brew-install interface.
Provides a single consistent command for package lookup and install without needing to remember dnf flag syntax.
When to use it
- Installing a missing CLI tool on a fresh Bazzite setup
- Searching available dnf packages before installing
- Adding system libraries needed by a project
- Installing media codecs or hardware drivers on Fedora
- Quickly resolving 'command not found' errors on Bazzite
Example Workflow
