Or with the ClawHub CLI, for registry-managed skill folders outside a full OpenClaw workspace:
Version History
Version 1.1.0 adds new OS activity query scripts. - Added scripts to list running processes, installed programs, and recently accessed directories. - Updated documentation to include usage instructions for the new scripts on Windows, macOS, and Linux. - Expanded command set to enhance system activity detection and personalization capabilities.
What This Skill Does
Uses osquery to read system activity data — recently edited files, running processes, installed programs — and feeds that context into OpenClaw for more relevant suggestions.
Gives OpenClaw live OS context without manual copy-paste, so suggestions reflect what you are actually doing.
When to use it
- Ask OpenClaw about files you edited earlier today
- Get suggestions based on currently running apps
- Find recently visited directories without leaving your terminal
- Let OpenClaw recommend next steps based on open processes
- Quickly audit what programs are installed on a machine
Example Workflow
Here's how your AI assistant might use this skill in practice.
User asks: what files have I been working on recently?
- 1Run recent_files.py script via osquery
- 2Query file system metadata for recently modified files
- 3Format results as filename, path, and last edited timestamp
- 4Return the list to OpenClaw
